Shani Fuller Tillman

As Vice President of Marketing for RCA Records, Shani Fuller-Tillman has made her imprint on the industry by leading a series of successful campaigns for superstar artists, including Steve Lacy, Davido, FERG, Miguel, Bryson Tiller, and more.
With over two decades of experience, Shani credits her keen sense of intuitiveness for positively impacting campaign direction, new business deals, and audience engagement. Recent achievements include helping in Steve Lacy’s groundbreaking run of success with “Bad Habit” and Gemini Rights, the latter of which took home the GRAMMY for ‘Best Progressive R&B Album’ in 2023. She also helped play a role in the resurgence of Miguel’s hit single “Sure Thing” in 2023, which achieved viral status and hit #1 at Top 40 radio more than a decade after its initial release.
Most recently, Shani worked to usher in the next era of Bryson Tiller, who released his self-titled album on April 5 and embarked on his North American tour. Tiller’s 2024 single “Whatever She Wants” was his biggest first week for a single on streaming platforms to date, peaking at #19 on the Billboard Hot 100 and #8 on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs Chart. She also led marketing efforts for global superstar Davido’s latest album, Timeless, which received a Grammy nomination for ‘Best Global Music Album’ and a ‘Best African Music Performance’ nomination for the hit single “Unavailable” feat. Musa Keys.
Last year, Shani was also featured as an honoree for Variety’s Women’s Impact Report: New York list and selected as part of Billboard’s 2024 R&B/Hip-Hop Power Players.
