Rhys Campbell

Rhys has worked in the industries of Telecommunications, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Energy. His multifaceted experience has enabled him to ideate and implement game-changing strategies and sales architecture, ultimately generating multi-million-dollar sales increases and market share in several companies across the English, Dutch and French-Speaking Caribbean.
Currently, he is the Head of the Cable & Wireless Charitable Foundation as well as the FLOW Jamaica Foundation. Throughout his career at Liberty Latin America, he has led the company’s Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) portfolio, and was responsible for commercial strategic alignment, business intelligence and business continuity following the merger of Movistar and Cabletica in Costa Rica.
Prior to this, Rhys was with FLOW Jamaica covering Business Operations. Additionally, he has worked in the Bahamas as Vice-President of Corporate Affairs and Strategic Planning for the Bristol Group of Companies; the largest purveyor of premium wines and spirits and later worked with Caribbean Producers Jamaica (CPJ) Limited as Commercial Director with responsibility for sales, marketing and corporate affairs.
Rhys served as Chairman of the Prime Minister’s Youth Awards for National Excellence in 2019 and currently serves as a Director of the Board of Jamaica’s Vocational Training Development Institute (VTDI) and the Jamaica Productivity Centre. Most recently, Rhys was appointed by the Ministry of Education, Skills and Youth to serve as Chairman of Mavis Bank High School and Vice Chairman of the Louise Bennett-Coverley Primary School in Jamaica.
