Jabari Shaw

Jabari is an associate attorney at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease, one of the United States Top 200 law firms. He focuses his practice on intellectual property protection, primarily in the areas of trademark, copyright, and publicity rights. His clients include multi-billion dollar corporations, small businesses, athletes, entertainers, recording artists, and influencers.

Jabari has significant experience counseling athletes, entertainers, and influencers, helping them structure sponsorship deals, licensing agreements, recording agreements, publishing deals, and a variety of promotional activities to enhance the commercial growth of their individual brands. Of particular note, Jabari is a member of the International Trademark Association’s (INTA) Right of Publicity Committee, which focuses on developing and advocating for various aspects of Name, Image, and Likeness rights worldwide.
