Brittany Presley

Brittany serves as Senior Manager of Member & Industry Outreach at the Recording Academy (GRAMMYs®), where she leads efforts to drive membership growth and engagement within Rap, R&B, Reggae, and Global music, with a focus on amplifying underrepresented voices and creating pathways for meaningful representation in these genre communities. She has played a pivotal role in impactful partnerships with festivals such as Afro Nation Detroit, SXSW, and Roots Picnic. Throughout her tenure at the Academy, Brittany has helped usher in a diverse range of members, enriching the Academy's membership body. As a staff advisor for the Academy’s Black Music Collective, she shapes initiatives that support Black artists and professionals across the music industry. Brittany is dedicated to building inclusive networks that connect artists, industry leaders, and community advocates, ensuring diverse voices are celebrated at every level of the music business.
