With nearly a decade of experience spanning advertising, beauty, big tech, and DE&I advocacy, Brittany Johnson is a dynamic force in the industry. As the Founder of Irie Glow Skin and a Creative Strategist for leading beauty, entertainment, and fashion clients, Brittany brings a diverse, multifaceted skill set to the table.
A first-generation Jamaican-American, she is passionate about blending creativity with inclusion to drive cultural relevance and business transformation. Brittany has worked across industry giants like Meta and Wieden+Kennedy, where her innovative strategies and visionary leadership have earned her recognition as an award-winning creative. Additionally, she’s worked with internationally renowned artist Shaggy, developing and executing his social media strategy to connect with global audiences.
She played a key role in launching Meta’s Elevate program, which has supported over 2.7 million Black and Latinx/Hispanic businesses with training, scholarships, and mentorship. Always giving back, she is committed to empowering and inspiring the next generation of creatives through platforms like TEDx, Ms. ADCOLOR, and mentoring students through programs like MAIP (Multicultural Advertising Internship Program). She also helped design and launch Miami Ad School’s first-ever Social Strategy course.
