In my role at BMI, I oversaw the outreach and relationship management amongst the global songwriter and publishing communities as well as the international copyright music organizations.

I was responsible for engaging new talent and maintaining existing client relationships.

Some of my notable pop singer and songwriter signings were Amy Winehouse, Bryan Ferry, Adele, Ed Sheeran, Queen, Mavado, Sade, Vybz Kartel, Jamiroquai, Shaggy, as well as Daft Punk.

I regularly hosted Songwriter Retreats throughout the Caribbean and set up significant collaborations at Abbey Road Studios in London.

I have participated as a keynote speaker and panelist at Amsterdam Dance Event, All That Matter Asia, Caribbean Music Summit, Winter Music Conference, The London School of Economics, Music Managers Forum as well as the Music Publishers Association.

Born in Houston, Texas, raised between England and Norway, I have been permanently resident in Barbados since 2020. I am currently a Music & Media advisor for Greater Antilles Music.
